How to become a realtor in Florida
Step 1: Pre-Licensing Course
- Start with the 63-hour pre-licensing course through Colibri Real Estate or Magnolia School of Real Estate. Their comprehensive online program is tailored for aspiring Florida real estate professionals, covering all necessary topics to prepare you for the state exam.
Step 2: Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam
- Successfully complete the Florida real estate sales associate exam with a score of at least 75%. The exam, managed by Pearson VUE, assesses your understanding of national and Florida-specific real estate practices.
Step 3: Activate Your License With a Broker
